While Bolingbrook would keep things close during the first half, matching up nicely with the Porters, their speedy receivers & defensive backs, plus quarterback Javon Stewart (5'7 160 jr.), they fell behind almost as quickly as they looked like they might pull ahead. ![]() While the new Bolingbrook Stadium may have been overflowing at the start of the game, the home stands were almost bare at the onset of the 4th quarter as the 2003 8A State Champs followed their quarterback's arm into the endzone seven times to crash the party for the Brooks first ever game at their new field. While the real locks stayed shut Friday night, anyone who attended the game may have thought Lockport opened up both of the gates to flush out all the Raider fans. The Lockport Township team made a short trip across the waterway that helped give the school it's mascot name, for a non-confernce game against it's neighbor Bolingbrook.
